Privacy Statement The Airmen’s Stories – P/O R C Hall
Rosswell Clifford Hall joined the RAF in December 1938 as an Aircrafthand. He later remustered as an Airman u/t Air Gunner, completed his training and was commissioned in January 1940.
He was later serving with 219 Squadron at Catterick.

On 15th June 1940 Hall was detached from 219 to CGS Warmwell for a Gunnery Leaders course.
He rejoined 219 on 13th July. The last mention of him in the 219 ORB was on 9th October 1940.
His subsequent service is currently undocumented until the London Gazette announced that he ‘..is cashiered by sentence of a General Court Martial’ on 12th November 1942. The charge is not known.
It is believed that Hall survived the war.
