Privacy Statement The Airmen’s Stories – Sgt. E C Gothorpe
According to the 25 Squadron Operational Record Book Aircraftsman EC Gothorpe flew two operational sorties with 25 Squadron, on 1st August and 25th October 1940 from Martlesham Heath and Debden respectively, as a radar operator.
He flew a third sortie on 8th November 1940.
The entries may have been a mis-spelling of Gothorp.
It has not been possible to trace his subsequent service but as there are no entries of either spelling in the CWGC records it may be assumed that he survived the war.
